Specially Trained Dog Sniffs Out Bedbugs

Middletown, OH has a detection dog, but it is not for sniffing for missing persons or drugs, but bedbugs! Apparently the itchy pests have invaded some homes, and Perfection Pest Control has hired the perfect inspector: Bella, a 4 year old Labrador Retreiver.
Bella has been trained to detect the pests, called "Fred", which give off a particular scent. Her handler, Gary Broberg calls, "Bella, go find Fred," and she is off, searching every room in the house. When Bella picks up the scent, she sits down to notify her handler.
Bella and Broberg travel the country looking for bedbugs. The working dog has been such a hit that the company plans to get a detection dog to work permanently in the area.
